The Gault & Millau trophies, awarded to the talents of Brittany, were awarded this Monday, July 4, 2022, in Rennes. Chef Virginie Giboire of the Racines restaurant in Rennes is the winner of the “Grand of tomorrow” trophy and wins a third chef’s hat.
