The Chicago Board Options Exchange (CBOE) lists 6 spot Bitcoin ETFs for tomorrow
The Chicago Board Options Exchange (CBOE) announced on its website that 6 spot Bitcoin ETFs would be available for trading tomorrow, including Ark Invest & 21Shares, that is, the one whose deadline fell today. The announcement came after the CBOE urged the SEC to accept the listing of ETFs as soon as possible :
“To facilitate timely listing, the Exchange is requesting the expediting of the registration of these securities pursuant to Rule 12d1-2 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended.”
The other 5 spot Bitcoin ETFs scheduled on CBOE are those from Fidelity, Franklin Templeton, Invesco Galaxy, VanEck and WisdomTree.

BlackRock and Valkyrie’s spot Bitcoin ETFs will list on the Nasdaq exchange if accepted by the SEC. Those of Hashdex and Grayscale will be listed on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) if approved by the US regulator.

However, this does not mean official SEC approval of the various pending Bitcoin spot ETF applications.. According to Bloomberg analysts, Gary Gensler’s organization was due to make a decision between 10pm and midnight tonight French time. Some sources indicate that the information may come out at the close of the US market, shortly after 10:00 p.m.

According to James Seyffart, an ETF analyst at Bloomberg, these filings are part of the normal process so that all spot BTC ETFs can be launched simultaneously. However, they were submitted much earlier than expected.
Currently, the price of Bitcoin is relatively stable, hovering around $46,400 while awaiting the response from the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) for spot Bitcoin ETFs.
