American billionaire Elon Musk on Saturday broke the silence he had observed since June 21 on Twitter, a social network he is in the process of buying back, by posting several photos including one of him with Pope Francis.
“Honored to meet @Pontifex yesterday” (Friday, editor’s note), he says on his account to accompany the photo showing him in a black suit to the right of the pope, while four of his children, also on their 31st, are stand to the left of a smiling Jorge Bergoglio.
The richest man in the world had a total of eight children: six with Justine Musk (née Wilson) in the 2000s, one of whom died a few weeks after birth, and, more recently, two with musician Grimes.
The location and details of the meeting are not specified by the boss of Tesla and SpaceX, while for its part the Vatican has not communicated on this private visit to Pope Francis.
Elon Musk estimated on June 21 that there were “some unresolved issues” in his plan to buy Twitter for $ 44 billion, including the “very important” question of the number of fake users on the social network.
