Metz: Trattoria Arditi, a new Italian restaurant, will open in the city center

A new address will soon open its doors in the city center of Metz (Mosel): Trattoria Arditi.

This new Italian restaurantlocated rue Taison, will open to the public by the weekend of Friday July 15, 2022, in place of the former vegan restaurant Cooking Colors. Discover its concept.

The classics of Italian cuisine with a refined touch

The name of the restaurant sounds obvious since the manager is called Ardit Gjyrezi. The chef wanted to focus on Italian cuisine because “it corresponds to all my experience”, ten years long, including four in France.

Ardit Gjyrezi intends to offer “refined cuisine with slightly spicy notes and fresh, local products”.

You will find on the menu “all the classics of Italian cuisine”: ravioliof the fettuccinefrom risottothe authentic pasta carbonara “artisanal, without cream, with pecorino cheese and an egg”, underlines the chef, but also eight recipes of Neapolitan pizzas.

The restaurant already present on delivery platforms

Some of you may have already tasted the restaurant’s pizzas, since it is already present on the delivery platforms. Uber Eats and Deliveroo.

When the restaurant is open, customers can go there from Tuesday to Sunday noon. The lunch service will be provided from 12 p.m. to 2 p.m. and the evening service from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m., even until 10.30 p.m. on weekends.
