Notice to fans of Paris-Brest, we have unearthed the best pastries in Paris where you can taste this cake made of choux pastry and praline pastry cream. Attention, gourmet selection!
Hard to resist a delicious Paris Brest. This pastry shop born at the beginning of the 20th century in the suburbs of Paris was originally a tribute to the eponymous cycle race, hence its wheel shape. Now the Paris Brest comes in several versions to the delight of gourmets. Want to discover favorite addresses? Here are our plans to taste the best Paris-Brest of the capital!
