We all know this famous one box of chocolates which comes to finish the Christmas meal. Depending on our luck, we come across more or less good ones. To avoid disappointment, nothing better than being served by yourself. So this year we’re rolling up our sleeves and tackling the problem chocolate homemade. Know how to prepare Ferrero Rocher, do you like it? Because we, we drool already ! To please your guests, nothing could be simpler, you need 6 ingredients : crushed hazelnuts, whole hazelnuts, spread, dark chocolate, lace pancakes and a little liquid cream. You can make this recipe in advance for peace of mind on D-Day.. Accompany your homemade Ferrero with a good coffee, hot chocolate or Christmas tea. You can also make your own party box, please put truffles in it or else cookies.

The Ferrero Rocher recipe
For 24 bites
- 100 g crushed hazelnuts
- 24 whole hazelnuts
- 400 g spread
- 70 g dark chocolate
- 8 blonde pancakes
- 10 cl liquid cream
👨🍳 To achieve your the hazelnut stone yourself, start by coarsely crushing the lace crepe biscuits. Mix in a bowl with spread.
Set half of the resulting mixture aside for later.
Fill the hemispherical molds with the mixture and smooth the surface with a spatula.
Then place a whole hazelnut on each hemisphere and press lightly so that the hazelnut sinks into the spread.
Store for 2 hours in the freezer.
Take your preparation out of the freezer and release the hemispheres.
Clean the molds and repeat the operation with the other half of the spreadable paste, blonde pancake mix.
Smooth the surface of the hemispheres, but do not add hazelnuts.
Arrange one hemisphere with hazelnut on each hemisphere without hazelnut.
Store in the freezer for 2 hours.
Melt the dark chocolate in a bain-marie and add the liquid cream, mix and leave to cool.
Pour the crushed hazelnuts into a bowl.
Take the pieces out of the freezer and roll them one by one in the chocolate and cream mixture and then in the crushed hazelnuts.
Store in the refrigerator for 1 hour. 👨🍳
